About Chang Tong

Thai street food we love to eat ourselves.

Chang Tong Thai-Streetfood stands for authentic Thai street food. We prepare most of our dishes fresh, right in front of our guests, without artificial preservatives.

We cook what we like to eat. We cook what we love to eat ourselves.

Our story

Chang Tong Thai-Streetfood was founded in 2019. Since 2020, our food truck has been traveling to street food festivals, markets, town festivals, and private events.

Patinya is from northeastern Thailand. During her time in Thailand, Bangkok's vibrant street food culture was an integral part of her everyday life. She has lived with Dietrich Busch since 2017. Together, they built Chang Tong and have continued to develop it ever since.

Fresh from the wok

How we cook

Many of our dishes are cooked right in the wok at our food truck. You can watch us prepare the fresh ingredients and cook your meal.

Our menu reflects what good Thai street food means to us: honest ingredients, bold flavors, and dishes we love to eat ourselves.

Made by us

From chili and galangal to curry paste

We make our own curry pastes from selected ingredients such as chili, galangal, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, and spices. That way, we know exactly what goes into them and can shape the flavor of our dishes ourselves.
